Q1: DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION?
A: Yes. Just like your local pharmacy,the pharmacist requires a valid prescription written by a licensed physician, in order for to dispense your prescription medications. When ordering, please fax a copy of your medical practitioner's prescription. All prescription medications are clearly marked by a physician's signature. Over-the-counter products do not require a prescription .

A: There are no hidden charges or membership fees. The only cost you pay is the price of your medication(s).

A: Apotex Inc., Novopharm Limited, Cobalt Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Rhoxalpharma are some of the manufactures of generic drugs.

Q4: ARE GENERIC DRUGS SAFE?
A: Yes! Generic drugs are just as safe and effective as brand name products are. Generic drugs available in Canada go through the same regulatory and approval process brand name and generic drugs in the United States do.

Q5: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRAND AND GENERIC DRUGS?
A: Brand and generic drugs are chemically and therapeutically the same. They have the same chemical ingredients and work in the same way as brand name drugs. Generic drugs are low-cost versions of brand name drugs that are produced by several manufactures once the patents expire on brand name versions. The biggest difference between generic and brand drugs is the price.

Q6: CAN I RETURN MY MEDICATION IF I NO LONGER NEED THEM?
A: Because we work in conjunction with licensed pharmacies to protect the safety of you and other parties involved once a prescription and non-prescription products have been dispensed it cannot be returned for any reason.
Under the pharmaceutical law prescription drugs are not returnable. All sales are final. The B.C. College of Pharmacists states that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1) So before ordering (completing your order) please consult with your physician regarding your medication.

Q7: WHERE ARE MY MEDICATIONS COMING FROM, AND WHY DO YOUR MEDICATIONS COME FROM OTHER COUNTRIES?
A: All medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies that meet the highest standards of safety and service. Internationally, manufacturers may have different names for the same medications that are dispensed in the US due to trade laws. However, the active chemical ingredients and therapeutic actions of the medications are exactly the same. The only real difference is that the packaging may be slightly changed due to the various trade names.

A: The Canadian government regulates the cost of prescription drugs, keeping prices low. The Canadian government also allows generic drug companies to manufacture generic equivalents a lot sooner than in the US. The Canadian Dollar is weak in comparison to the UK Pound, the Euro and the US Dollar.

Q10: WHY CAN'T I ORDER MORE THAN A THREE MONTH SUPPLY?
A: FDA guidelines only allow for a three month supply to be dispensed for personal use at one time. Exceptions to this 3 month guideline are made when package size(s) dictate that you receive a different amount of supply. This is to ensure that your medication is dispensed safely in accordance with original manufacturer package size(s).

Q11: ARE THE MEDICATIONS/PRODUCTS OF THE SAME QUALITY AND FROM THE SAME MANUFACTURERS AS IN THE UNITED STATES?
A: : Canada has exceptionally high standards, a rigorous approval system and very strict requirements for the manufacturing and sale of brand and generic medications. Many of the drugs sold in Canada are the same as those sold in the United States; manufacturers may use a different name for the exact same drug. In some cases the drug may even look different but it is the same drug with the same active ingredient.

Q12: IS THIS LEGAL?
A: According to the FDA, residents of United States are allowed to import three months of personal prescription medication. Occasionally,the FDA intercepts packages, due to the stress and harassment they experience from some drug companies.

Q13: DO YOU DEAL WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES?
A: Unfortunately no. Since the pharmacies are located in Canada they cannot accept foreign insurance. You are provide a detailed invoice in the package which may be acceptable by your insurance company.

Q14: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A: Canadian pharmacies accept Visa and MasterCard. They also may accept certified checks and money orders, however, these must clear your bank before the medication will be shipped, thus delaying the arrival of your order. They do not accept other credit cards or any other form of payment.
